Quinn suffered knee injury in Boost Mobile Top 24 game last week in Venice Beach, CA... Questions I'm most often asked this time of year, "Coach, What should I be doing now for my Game/Skills? and "I've been playing B-ball all Summer, I'm tired or I need a break!" All valid questions/comments. With year round B-ball, you can sometimes OD on Basketball. Plus, there can be a lot of stress put on the bodies of growing kids. It's okay to take a break, but you shouldn't completely break your conditioning routine. Jump rope, run sprints, do plyrometric exercises, swim, ride your bike, etc. Most of all stretch, stretch, and stretch! Stay flexible. Most early season injuries come from poor conditioning.
